Agentic Product Builder / Full-Stack AI Product Lead

The product manager role has evolved, and at Aniccai we're looking for those already at the next stage. We're seeking partners for an Agentic Product Builder role — a rare blend of product strategy, cutting-edge technology, and entrepreneurship. If you live and breathe AI, know how to take a customer's pain, scope a solution, and instead of merely "managing the project" — be the director who conducts AI agents and advanced tools to turn vision into a working product — your place is with us.

What does it mean in practice?

We're not looking for a cog in a machine, but a One-Man/Woman Show. Product leaders who take full end-to-end ownership:

• Strategic scoping & problem-solvingUnderstanding the customer's business needs and translating them into architecture and a technical solution.
• Agentic Coding & BuildingHands-on development and implementation — you don't need to be a 10x engineer, but you must be a "code director" in control (proven command and day-to-day work with Cursor, Claude Code, Low-Code/No-Code tools, and Agentic workflows).
• Delivery & Customer SuccessLeading the customer hand in hand — training, guidance, and adoption until real value is seen in the field.
• Business growthManaging the customer relationship, spotting new opportunities, and expanding the engagement.

The role is project-based on a Back-to-Back (Success-Based) model. Did you create real impact and bring the customer results? You reap the rewards directly and significantly (a sum or percentage agreed upfront per project). Your success is our success.

Threshold requirements to join the team:

• Hands-on AI: Deep understanding and proven hands-on experience coding and building with AI tools, LLMs, Cursor, Claude Code, etc.
• Product Sense & Client Facing: Sharp product vision and flawless self-management working with customers (executive level).
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: A hunger to create, big-picture thinking, and a desire to be a partner in building a growing company.
