Terms of Service

These Terms cover your use of the Site itself: reading our pages and articles, using search, and reaching out through the contact options we publish. They do not govern paid work. Any engagement between Aniccai and a client is governed by a separate written agreement, as set out in Section 10.

The Site is open to read. We ask that you do not:

• Use the Site for any unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its infrastructure, or the data behind it.
• Interfere with the Site's operation, including through automated traffic that degrades it for others.
• Copy or republish our content at scale. Indexing and quoting with attribution are welcome (see Section 3); wholesale reproduction is not.
• Misrepresent who you are, or your affiliation with any person or organisation, when contacting us.

The content on the Site — text, articles, images, graphics, and the design of the Site itself — belongs to Aniccai or is used with permission, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The Aniccai name and logo are our marks.

You are welcome to read our articles, share links to them, and quote from them with clear attribution and a link back to the original page. Search engines and answer engines are welcome to index and cite them. What we do not permit is republishing substantial portions of our content as your own, or presenting it in a way that implies we endorse you.

The Site offers several ways to reach us — email, phone, and WhatsApp. When you contact us we receive whatever you send, including your contact details and the content of your message. Replies come from our team, who may use AI-assisted tools when drafting them. How we handle that information is described in our Privacy Policy at aniccai.com/privacy-policy. Please do not send confidential or sensitive information through these channels before an agreement is in place between us.

The Site links to third-party sites and services — LinkedIn, YouTube, and WhatsApp among them. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices. Following such a link is at your own discretion.

We aim to keep the Site available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of the Site, including individual articles, at any time and without notice.

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aniccai, its founders, and its personnel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, nor for any loss of profit, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or anything on it. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Nothing on the Site — including anything on our pricing page — is a binding offer, a quote, or a commitment to provide services. Figures shown there are indicative. Any work we do for a client is governed by a separate written agreement; where that agreement and these Terms differ, the agreement prevails for that engagement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of the Site.

We may update these Terms. When we do, we will change the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected here, and continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
