Aniccai's Story
A CTO, a COO, a CFO, and a CCO walk into a bar. It isn't a joke, it is our beginning.
We're four longtime friends, each from a different corner of the business world: product, operations, finance, and customer management. For months, we shared the same growing frustration.
We saw a huge gap between the promise of technology and the painful reality on the ground.
We saw organizations pouring millions into AI systems, automation, and data, only to discover employees bypassing them and returning to the old familiar Excel. We saw fear of change, quiet resistance, and massive resource waste.
The turning point came from Roy, who articulated a fundamental product management principle: "It doesn't matter how technologically brilliant a product is. If the user doesn't understand it, doesn't need it, or simply doesn't want to use it, the product fails."
Suddenly everything clicked. Sunny immediately saw the resistance in the field. David understood why customers were frustrated. And Yael saw exactly where the ROI vanished.
The problem wasn't the technology; it was the approach. Organizations focused on the "what" (the features) and completely forgot the "who" (the person) and the "why" (the real value for them).
We understood that our unique combination, the ability to understand the machine, the person, the bottom line and the day-to-day process, is exactly what the market needs to bridge this gap... That night, we founded Aniccai.
The word Anicca - from Buddhism - expresses the constant movement of life. We added the lowercase letter i, symbolizing artificial intelligence (AI) and the individual, a combination of smart technology and humanity.
Our mission: to turn resistance into adoption. Technology should adapt to people, not the other way around.
We don't "implement systems." We build bridges. We believe that the success of digital transformation is not measured in features, but in its adoption level.
We're here to make innovation accessible, personal, and empathetic. We work to ensure that every employee, at every level, greets new technology not with fear, but with curiosity and enthusiasm.
Aniccai is not just a technology company, it's a movement of change, flexibility, and human innovation. Because in our eyes, change is not a threat, it's an opportunity.
