At Aniccai, we are committed to protecting your privacy and giving you control over your data. This page provides instructions on how to request the deletion of your personal data associated with our WhatsApp Assistant.
The only personal data we store to identify you is the WhatsApp phone number you use to communicate with our service, along with the conversation history.
How to Request Data Deletion
To request the deletion of your data, please follow these simple steps:
1Send an email to: support@aniccai.com
2Use the subject line: WhatsApp Data Deletion Request
3In the body of the email, you must include the following:
- The complete WhatsApp phone number (including the country code) that you wish to have deleted.
- A simple statement like, "I request the deletion of all data associated with this phone number."
What Happens Next
Verification:
To protect your privacy, we may first send a confirmation message to the WhatsApp number in your request to verify that you are the owner of the account.
Processing:
Once ownership is verified, we will begin the process of permanently deleting your data (including conversation history) from our systems.
Completion:
We will complete your request within 30 days and send you a final confirmation email once all your data has been erased.
Please Note:
This process will permanently remove your conversation history from our servers. This action cannot be undone. This request does not apply to data that WhatsApp (Meta) stores as part of their own service. To manage your data on WhatsApp, please refer to WhatsApp's official privacy settings and tools.
