Deleting Your Personal Data

We are committed to your privacy and to giving you control over your information. This page explains how to ask to see, or to delete, the personal data we hold about you.
What we hold is what you gave us when you got in touch: the contact details your enquiry came from, and the content of the correspondence.
How to Request Data Deletion
To request the deletion of your data, please follow these simple steps:
1Send an email to: support@aniccai.com
2Use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
3In the body of the email, you must include the following:
- The contact details you reached us from — the email address, phone number, or WhatsApp number.
- A simple statement such as: "I request the deletion of all data you hold about me."
What Happens Next
Verification:
To protect your privacy, we may reply on the channel the request came from, to confirm it really came from you.
Processing:
Once verified, we permanently delete your contact details and correspondence from our systems, except anything we are required by law to retain.
Completion:
We complete requests within 30 days and send a final confirmation when it is done.
Please Note:
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you contacted us on WhatsApp, this request does not cover data WhatsApp (Meta) stores as part of its own service — see WhatsApp's privacy settings to manage that.
