- WhatsApp Phone Number: When you send a message to our Service, we automatically receive your WhatsApp phone number.
- Conversation Content: We collect and store the messages (text, images, or other media) you send to the Service and the responses you receive.
- Voluntary Information: Any other information you voluntarily provide, such as your name or email, during your conversation.
B. Information We Collect Automatically (Website):
Usage Data: Our website currently does not use tracking cookies for analytics (like Google Analytics). We may collect standard, anonymous server log data, such as your IP address and browser type, for security and operational purposes. If we implement tracking cookies in the future, we will update this policy.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes:

With WhatsApp (Meta):
Your messages are processed by the WhatsApp platform. This interaction is subject to the WhatsApp Business Terms and Privacy Policy.
With Our AI Provider (Google):
To generate intelligent responses, the content of your messages is securely sent to and processed by Google's Gemini AI models. We do not send your phone number to Google. Google's use of this data is governed by its own privacy policies.
With Our Service Providers:
We use n8n.cloud as our automation platform to host the Service and facilitate the flow of conversation data.
For Legal Reasons:
We may disclose your information if required by law or in response to a valid legal request (e.g., a court order).
4. Data Storage and Retention
Your conversation history (including your phone number and message content) is stored securely in two primary locations:
- On our n8n.cloud platform to maintain conversation memory.
- In our internal company database, which is used for our CRM and to run and manage our AI models.
We retain your conversation data for a period of one (1) year, after which it is automatically deleted. This allows us to manage our customer relationships and reference past interactions for support and service improvement. If you wish to delete your data sooner, please follow the instructions in Section 5.
5. Your Data Rights and Choices
You have control over your information.
Opt-Out:
You can stop using the Service at any time by ceasing to send messages.
Data Deletion:

Cookies:
As our site does not currently use tracking cookies, no action is needed. If this changes, we will provide cookie management tools.
6. Security
We take the security of your data seriously. We use technical and administrative measures to protect your personal information from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
