Privacy Policy
Last Updated: August 10, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Aniccai ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and shares information — both when you visit our website at aniccai.com and when you reach us through the messaging channels we publish, including WhatsApp.
Using the site or contacting us means you accept the collection and use of information as described here.
1. What Information We Collect
We collect two kinds of information: what you send us when you get in touch, and what the website records automatically.
A. Information You Provide When You Contact Us:
- Contact details: when you email us, call, or message us on WhatsApp, we receive the address or number you contacted us from.
- Message content: what you wrote to us, and the correspondence that follows from it.
- Anything else you choose to share: your name, company, role, or details about your business that come up in the conversation.
B. Information We Collect Automatically (Website):
Usage Data: Our website uses Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) to measure how the site is used — visit counts, pages viewed, session duration, and which links and articles people engage with. We also collect standard server log data, such as your IP address and browser type, for security and operational purposes. Data collected through Google Analytics is transmitted to and processed by Google under its own privacy policy.
Cookies: We use a small number of first-party cookies, plus the analytics cookies Google Analytics sets. We do not use advertising cookies, and advertising and personalisation signals are switched off for every visitor. These are the cookies involved:
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| _ga, _ga_* | Google Analytics — distinguishes visitors and sessions so we can measure traffic. Set only when analytics is allowed. | Up to 2 years |
| analytics_consent | Remembers whether you accepted or declined analytics, so we do not ask again. Strictly necessary. | 180 days |
| language | Remembers whether you are reading in Hebrew or English. Strictly necessary. | 1 year |
In the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland, analytics cookies stay off until you accept them. Elsewhere, including Israel, analytics runs by default and you can switch it off at any time — see Section 5.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- To reply to you: to read your enquiry and get back to you.
- To manage the relationship: your contact details and our correspondence may be kept in our business records and customer-relationship system.
- To communicate with you: to follow up on your enquiry or respond to support requests.
- To improve the site: to understand which content is useful and how the site is used.
- To keep the site safe and operational: to detect and prevent abuse.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only as far as is needed to run the site and our business:
With WhatsApp (Meta):
If you choose to contact us on WhatsApp, your message travels through the WhatsApp platform and is subject to Meta's own terms and privacy policy.
With Google (analytics):
Website usage data is collected and processed by Google Analytics under Google's privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy).
With Our Service Providers:
We rely on business tools — email, website hosting, and customer-relationship software — that process this information on our behalf under contract.
For Legal Reasons:
We may disclose your information if required by law or in response to a valid legal request (e.g., a court order).
4. Data Storage and Retention
Information you send us is held in our business email and customer-relationship systems:
- In our business email and messaging accounts.
- In our internal customer-relationship records.
We keep contact details and correspondence for 12 months from your last contact with us, after which they are automatically deleted — except information we are required by law to keep for longer (for example, for accounting purposes). You can ask us to delete it sooner — see Section 5.
5. Your Data Rights and Choices
You have control over your information.
Stop hearing from us:
You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time — reply to any message, or write to support@aniccai.com.
Access and deletion:
You can ask to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Full instructions are on our data deletion page: aniccai.com/data-retention.
Cookies and analytics:
You can accept or decline analytics cookies from the notice shown on your first visit, and change that choice at any time through the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page. Declining stops Google Analytics from setting or reading cookies. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser; the strictly necessary cookies listed in Section 1 are needed for the site to work.
6. Security
We take the security of your data seriously. We use technical and administrative measures to protect your personal information from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
7. Children's Privacy
Our site is not intended for anyone under the age of 13 (or 16 in the European Union). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected data from a child without parental consent, we will take steps to delete it.
8. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new policy on this page and update the "Last Updated" date at the top. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
