Executive Summary
Real business growth lives at the intersection of two things most companies treat as separate: rigorous financial strategy and the human dynamics that decide whether anyone actually uses it.
I've spent more than 20 years in finance leadership at Intel, leading cross-functional initiatives that saved hundreds of millions through accounting standards transitions, divestitures, and pension restructurings. But behind every spreadsheet, what I actually built were systems: tools, automations, and operational improvements that compounded long before AI entered the conversation.
In parallel, I've worked as a coach and an instructor in Nonviolent Communication (NVC). The two careers taught me the same lesson from opposite directions: the most efficient system in the world is worthless if the people who run it don't trust it.
In my early forties I left the gilded cage of corporate tech to build something where both halves of my work mattered equally. At Aniccai, I bring emotional intelligence into the boardroom, making sure the AI we ship is financially defensible and adopted in a way that doesn't break the people who have to live with it.
What I bring to your business
- Business models that hold up under scrutiny: At Aniccai we don't deliver projects, we build strategic partnerships. I design and pressure-test the business models behind every engagement, translating technology into a clear line in your P&L.
- ROI you can defend in front of the board: I don't measure return on AI investment in hours saved alone, I measure it in burnout avoided. Freeing your team from sisyphean work releases the energy and judgment that drive premium service and strategic thinking. That's where the real ROI lives.
- Human-centered change management: Rolling out AI surfaces every fear a team has about being replaced. Using NVC tools and 20+ years of organizational leadership, I help executives and teams move through that transition together, turning quiet sabotage into genuine adoption.
- Innovation with the controls in place: I came up through accounting and tax. I make sure your innovation work happens with proper risk management, audit trails, and financial governance, so the upside doesn't come with a regulatory tail.
Industry experience
- Enterprise finance and global operations: 20+ years of leadership at Intel, including complex cross-functional programs, AI integration into ERP and logistics systems, and the deep research work behind several successful government grant applications.
- Business consulting and executive coaching: Working with leadership teams and individual executives on strategic decisions, goal-setting, and profitability work.
- Human dynamics and NVC: Certified in Nonviolent Communication. Specialist in unpacking conflict, navigating organizational crises, and building trust between teams, leadership, and the technology they have to live with.
Problems I help clients solve
- "We bought the system. The team is finding ways around it.": That's a trust problem, not a software problem. I help you surface what your team actually needs from the tool, reframe the deployment so the system empowers them rather than replaces them, and produce real adoption, fast.
- "How do I know this AI actually pays back?": Whether the question comes from a customer or a board member, I build clear TCO and ROI models for AI projects, moving the conversation from hype to a defensible number on the bottom line.
- "We're growing, and the team is breaking under it.": Pinpointing the exact operational bottlenecks, then bringing in AI agents and automations as smart tools that absorb load, so growth doesn't cost you your best people.
A little about me
MBA and a BA in Economics and Accounting from Ben-Gurion University. Graduate of the Hebrew University's Directors course, and of CHT high school in Mexico City. Mother of three. AI has become so woven into our family life that my youngest son and I think through ideas together. He's actually been a real partner on "Lanshom Sipur" (Breathe a Story), an app we built that we're both proud of. I'm convinced that the connection between head and heart is the real engine of every kind of success.
The Bottom Line
The connection between head and heart is the real engine of every kind of success. I bring both to Aniccai: the financial precision of 20+ years inside a global enterprise, and the ability to see the human behind the system. So that the technology works in the boardroom and in the day-to-day of your team.
