An Israeli therapeutic riding farm

The weekly scheduling tetris, solved before anyone opens a spreadsheet.

A bespoke system builds the therapy schedule itself — assigning every patient to a horse and a therapist while balancing each horse's daily load — so staff stop losing hours to manual scheduling and everyone can see and manage their own week.

A full week's therapy schedule, every patient assigned to a horse and a therapist

One day's board: each column is a horse, each card a lesson, and the bar under every horse shows how much load it has left.

Auto-assigned
every patient, to a horse and a therapist
Load-aware
each horse's daily cap and rest
All staff
everyone sees and manages their own day
Conflicts flagged
before they ever reach the board

The week schedules itself. Staff just handle the exceptions.

THE COST

Scheduling by hand is a tetris that eats hours

Every patient needs a horse that suits them and a therapist who's free at that hour. No horse can work too many lessons in a row or in a day, and each one needs rest between lessons. Assembling a whole week of that, on a whiteboard or a spreadsheet, is a puzzle done by hand — and one change topples the rest.

The result: hours every week burned on scheduling, horses quietly overworked, and staff who don't really know what their day looks like until someone prints a board.

HOW IT WORKS

The system knows the rules, and assigns by them

Horse-load screen: a daily load bar, cap and rest for each horse

Every horse has a daily cap, a max run of consecutive lessons and rest time. The system balances load across the horses and flags the moment one nears its limit.

A therapist's mobile screen: their day, each lesson with patient and horse

Every therapist opens their own day on their phone — each lesson with its patient, horse and time. No more “who am I with today?” and no printed board that's already out of date.

When something moves — a patient cancels, a horse goes to rest, a therapist swaps — the system recomputes the assignment and flags conflicts, instead of dropping the whole puzzle on someone at the end of the day.

THE RESULT

A week that schedules itself, and horses that are looked after

The assignment that took hours of manual tetris now builds itself — every patient to a horse and a therapist, without overworking any horse. Staff move from hours of assembling a board to minutes of approving one, and everyone sees their own day in real time from any phone.

The system was built bespoke for the farm and runs in production. We fit the rules — horses, lesson types, caps and rest — to your reality.
